General Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 55%) OR
• Post Graduate Degree, MBA/PGDM: Minimum 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 50%) OR
• Professional Qualifications: CA/CS/ICWA OR Ph.D. from recognized institutions.

Chartered Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
• ICAI Membership: Must be obtained on or before July 1, 2024.

Finance:

• BBA/BMS (Finance/Banking): Minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 55%) OR
• PG Diploma/MBA/MMS (Finance): Minimum 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 50%) with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. A certificate from the university regarding specialization in finance is required. OR
• Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis: Minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 55%).

Computer/Information Technology:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering/Technology in relevant fields with 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 55%) OR
• Post Graduate Degree: In relevant fields with 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 50%) OR
• Graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ Level: Minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 55%).

Agriculture:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Agriculture with 60% marks (PwBD: 55%) OR
• Post Graduate Degree: In Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 55% marks (PwBD: 50%).

Animal Husbandry:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Veterinary Sciences/Animal Husbandry with 60% marks (PwBD: 55%) OR

Geo Informatics:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Geoinformatics with 60% marks (PwBD: 55%) OR
• Post Graduate Degree: In Geoinformatics with 55% marks (PwBD: 50%).

Development Management:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In relevant fields with 60% marks (ST/PwBD: 55%) OR
• Post Graduate Degree: In relevant fields with 55% marks (ST/PwBD: 50%).

Statistics:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Statistics or related fields with 60% marks (ST/PwBD: 55%) OR

Civil Engineering:

Environmental Engineering/Sciences:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science with 60% marks (ST/PwBD: 55%) OR
• Post Graduate Degree: In Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science with 55% marks (ST/PwBD: 50%).

Human Resource Management:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In any discipline AND
• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma: In Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Human Resource/Human Resource Development/Labour Law with 60% marks (SC/PwBD: 55%).

Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha):

• Bachelor’s Degree: In English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects with 60% marks (SC/PwBD: 55%) AND
• PG Diploma in Translation: Minimum one year, Hindi to English and vice-versa OR
• Master’s Degree: In Hindi/English with 60% marks (SC/PwBD: 55%), with English/Hindi as main/elective subject for at least two years of the Bachelor’s Degree course.
• Translation Skills: Required between English and Hindi.
