Minimum Age for Class 1 Admission: 6 years as of 31st March 2025.
Age Calculation: Age for all classes will be reckoned as of 31st March 2025.
Balvatika Age Criteria:
Balvatika-1:Â 3 to 4 years as of 31st March 2025.
Balvatika-2:Â 4 to 5 years as of 31st March 2025.
Balvatika-3:Â 5 to 6 years as of 31st March 2025.
Reservation Policy: Seats will be allocated as per KVS Admission Guidelines 2025-26.

Valid Mobile Number:Â An active Indian SIM card number for communication.

Birth Certificate: Scanned copy of the child’s birth certificate (JPEG or PDF, max size 256KB).
Government Certificate (if applicable):Â Details of the certificate for applicants under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
Transfer Details:Â Service credentials of the parent/grandparent (if applicable) for transfer-related benefits.
