The Dummy Registration Card (which is referred to as the Dummy Panjiyan Card) for the upcoming 2025 Matric (10th class) and Inter (12th class) yearly examinations is now available online thanks to the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). Starting on July 10, 2024, students can now download their fake registration cards via the secondary.biharboardonline.com or ssonline.biharboard.com official BSEB websites. Students must enter their Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth on the relevant portals in order to access the card. The purpose of the project is to ensure right student information well in advance and simplify the test the process.

Bihar Board Dummy Registration Card 2025 Notice
- The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has initiated the release of dummy enrolment/registration cards for the upcoming academic year through its official portals. For secondary education (10th class), the cards can be accessed at https://secondary.biharboardonline.com, while for intermediate (12th class), they are available at http://seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com. The process starts from July 10, 2024.
- Educational institutions are required to download these cards using their designated User ID and Password. They will then distribute two copies to each student for verification, endorsed with the institution’s seal and the head’s signature.
- Alternatively, students can personally download their dummy cards from the BSEB website (https://secondary.biharboardonline.com for secondary and http://seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com for intermediate) or via the BSEB Information App.
- From July 10 to July 30, 2024, educational institutions must ensure that cards are verified and signed by both the student and their parent/guardian. A declaration confirming the accuracy of each card must then be uploaded to the BSEB portal by the institution’s head.
- This proactive approach by the BSEB aims to streamline the examination process and ensure accurate student data well ahead of time.
