- 12th Pass (Senior Secondary)
- For Ex-Servicemen/Ex-CAPF Personnel: 10th Pass
Eligibility:
- Must be a Citizen of India and a Resident of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Proof of Residence in Delhi:
Candidates must possess any of the following as proof of residence in Delhi:- Valid Passport
- Election Commission Photo ID Card
- Current and valid ration card bearing the candidate’s name and photograph (if without photograph, supported by another identity proof with the candidate’s photo)
- Valid Driving License issued by the Transport Dept., GNCT Delhi
- Duly attested passbook of a Public Sector Bank Account with photograph and residential address in Delhi
- Certificate issued by the competent/authorized Government authority of the Revenue Department, GNCT Delhi
